Delivery: All orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next working day.
Returns: You can return the product within 7 days.
- Free returns: Possible at any of our physical stores (Ramstore Mall - Skopje, Capitol Mall - Skopje or Palma Mall - Tetovo).
- Returns by courier: If you return the product by courier, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs (for picking up the perfume and for re-delivery).
Important: Returns are only possible for unopened perfumes in their original protective film. If the perfume has been opened or used, the return will not be accepted.
Your payment information is processed over a secure, encrypted connection. Fragravia does not have access to your card details and does not store them. The whole process runs through a certified transaction processing system, guaranteeing maximum privacy and protection of your personal data with every purchase.

We want your new fragrance to reach you as quickly as possible! Every order placed before 14:00 is processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the very next working day.

Yes, we deliver your favourite fragrances to every town and village in Macedonia via the ELS Posta courier service.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days, as long as the perfume is unopened and in its original packaging. You can make the exchange at any of our stores at no extra cost, or by post, in which case the delivery cost (175 MKD each way) is paid by the customer.
